About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter who excels at engaging with new contacts regularly to assess candidate potential using strategic questioning techniques. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational capabilities to build and sustain a strong pipeline of prospective applicants. A commitment to achieving and surpassing assigned targets is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for upcoming job openings
- Conduct interviews through phone or face-to-face meetings
- Evaluate candidate suitability based on interview results and resume assessments
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidate inquiries
- Consistently achieve weekly goals related to outreach calls and emails
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Energetic and passionate approach to work
