Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and dynamic female professionals specializing in recreation to advance their careers at Al Ain Rotana, located in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi Emirate.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage reservations, payments, and monitoring processes for pool, beach, and recreation amenities efficiently.
- Create a welcoming environment that ensures friendly interactions with guests.
- Distribute and collect locker keys and towels before and after usage.
- Promote various activities, classes, and services offered in the club to guests and members.
- Accurately post charges incurred by guests and members using Micros system and perform appropriate accounting procedures.
- Support Fitness Instructors by ensuring safety guidelines and regulations are observed by all members and guests.
- Conduct regular checks to maintain cleanliness and order in locker rooms and facility areas.
- Maintain a tidy reception area, ensuring availability of towels, newspapers, magazines, and promotional materials.
- Boost sales by utilizing detailed product and pricing knowledge related to the club’s facilities and services.
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma or degree in hospitality is preferred, accompanied by hotel industry experience.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills are essential.
- Interpersonal skills must be well-developed to enhance guest interactions and team collaboration.
- Computer literacy is advantageous.
