About the Role
Join a global technology and consulting company known for delivering digital, IT, and business solutions that enable innovation, efficiency, and growth through cloud, data, and emerging technologies expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the Record to Report (RTR) function, managing end-to-end month-end close activities, journal entries, account reconciliations, financial reporting, ensuring compliance with internal controls, and continuously improving processes. Mentor and guide the RTR team members, spearhead Lean Six Sigma initiatives to streamline operations, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and governance frameworks.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related fields, preferably with M.Com or Chartered Accountant qualifications, bringing 8 to 10 years of robust experience in RTR with demonstrated expertise as a Subject Matter Expert and team leader. Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP and JD Edwards, advanced skills in Excel, strong command on month-end closing, financial reporting, internal controls, and process optimization are essential.
