Overview
Maha Motors invites applications for the position of Receptionist cum Telecaller, seeking a personable and dynamic individual to effectively handle front desk duties and manage customer communications. This role requires professional demeanor, excellent communication capabilities, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Key Duties
- Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom in a courteous manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls and redirect them appropriately.
- Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential clients for follow-up, service alerts, and promotional activities.
- Arrange appointments for vehicle sales consultations and servicing schedules.
- Update and maintain customer records with accuracy.
- Address customer questions and provide solutions to basic issues professionally.
- Work in coordination with sales and service departments to manage customer appointments.
- Keep the reception area neat and organized.
- Generate daily reports on calls and maintain visitor logs.
- Perform general office administrative tasks as required.
Candidate Requirements
- Educational qualification of Higher Secondary (12th pass) or any graduate degree.
- Preferably 1 to 2 years’ prior experience as a receptionist or telecaller, though fresh candidates with strong communication are welcomed.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
- Fluency in Tamil is mandatory; proficiency in English is advantageous; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a pleasant and professional appearance.
- Excellent customer service orientation and ability to multitask effectively.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Compensation and Work Details
- Salary range between 13000 to 20000 INR per month, based on experience and company norms.
- Potential to earn performance-related incentives according to targets achieved.
- Work hours are according to company policy.
