Position Overview

We seek a highly capable Team Assistant to support the Director of Real Estate and the international real estate leadership group. Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage a complex international calendar across multiple time zones, coordinating with senior stakeholders.
  • Organize and facilitate internal and external meetings involving executives, partners, and advisors, ensuring seamless logistics such as video conferencing and visitor management.
  • Serve as a primary liaison nurturing strong relationships with various business units, leadership teams, Finance, Legal, Strategy, and Development departments.
  • Oversee scheduling and coordination of recurring governance meetings to guarantee team participation and preparedness.
  • Collaborate with personal and executive assistants across the organization for coordination of reports, pre-reads, and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain a forward-looking governance calendar to anticipate forums and represent the team's interests.
  • Arrange complex international travel including itineraries, site visits, and meetings, providing proactive support to minimize disruptions.
  • Manage property tours, development reviews, and executive visit logistics.
  • Administer expenses, budgets, purchase orders, and invoice processing related to real estate activities.
  • Support procurement activities for advisors, consultants, and related services associated with real estate.
