Position Overview
The Quality Service Executive role involves working under the guidance of the Building Manager or Assistant Building Manager, collaborating closely with operational teams, government authorities, and external organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure public inquiries, feedback, and complaints are addressed promptly, accurately, and professionally.
- Adhere strictly to service standards set by the Authority, including escalation protocols and contractual key performance indicators.
- Maintain a consistent level of service quality that reflects the professionalism of the Authority.
- Track, report, and ensure resolution of all customer interactions efficiently.
