Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager Engineer to oversee the implementation of quality management systems within infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.
- Supervise QA/QC operations ensuring compliance with specifications and contractual obligations.
- Manage quality audits and track non-conformance reports (NCRs) diligently.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and conduct root cause analysis of errors.
- Coordinate efforts between project teams, consultants, and clients effectively.
- Oversee and enhance the performance and skills of the quality team.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in the contracting sector, preferably within infrastructure.
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of quality systems and QA/QC procedures.
