QA/QC Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer to join our project team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves developing and executing quality assurance and quality control plans tailored to specific projects, ensuring compliance with company quality policies, contract requirements, and ISO 9001 standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive QA/QC plans specific to the project, aligned with corporate policies, contractual terms, and ISO 9001 requirements.
• Lead and supervise the QA/QC team on-site by assigning roles, reviewing inspection documentation, and coordinating effectively across various construction specializations.
• Manage and monitor inspections at various project phases including reinforcement, shuttering, concrete placement, blockwork, plastering, tiling, painting, structural steel installation, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works.
• Ensure prompt inspection and testing of all incoming materials, validate test certificates, manage sampling procedures, and collaborate with external laboratories to verify compliance.
• Proactively identify and manage non-conformities by issuing non-conformance reports (NCRs), performing root cause analyses (RCA), and implementing corrective and preventive measures (CAPA).
