Key Responsibilities

• Support frontline sales teams and external clients by delivering timely and accurate proposals for Bombardier Aircraft Services aftermarket offerings.
• Coordinate with Regional Sales Managers, Product Administrators, Schedulers, and Planners to establish appropriate pricing, scheduling, and expected downtime for maintenance scopes.
• Manage multiple proposal workflows using Salesforce and Maximo platforms, adjusting priorities as needed.
• Implement special programs, incentives, pricing modifications, and collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to schedule maintenance activities on customer aircraft.
• Collaborate closely with Regional Sales Managers and Product Administrators to gather essential information for proposal development.
• Oversee the proposal process within Salesforce and Maximo, ensuring efficient progression through all stages.
• Conduct thorough reviews of proposals to confirm quality and accuracy before release.
• Validate that each proposal aligns with Regional Sales Manager requirements.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to Team Leads or Managers.
• Maintain integrity and accountability of data throughout all tasks.

Candidate Profile

• Holds a diploma, degree, or equivalent certification.
• Brings at least three years’ experience in aircraft maintenance environments, planning, scheduling, or related sales support.
• Possesses working knowledge of aircraft service and maintenance processes and programs.
• Demonstrates ability to function both autonomously and collaboratively within teams.
• Exhibits strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Proficient with word processing, MS Office Suite, SAP, Salesforce, Maximo, and other relevant web-based applications.
• Has effective interpersonal skills to foster strong working relationships with coworkers, management, customers, and contractors.
