Responsibilities

• Support the review of customer inquiries, Requests for Quotations (RFQs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and tender documents.
• Assist in preparing technical offers including drawings, specifications, and relevant documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams such as engineering, procurement, project and commercial management, and logistics.
• Help create compliance matrices, technical submittals, and proposal materials.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of proposals adhering to deadlines.
• Participate in preparing clarifications and responses after bid submission.
• Organize and document prequalification activities including evaluation and attendance.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and engineering standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Strong academic record with a keen interest in sales engineering, tendering, and proposal processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and organizational skills.
• Capability to work effectively within teams and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Basic knowledge of costing and commercial principles.
