Job Overview
The Pinnacle Properties seeks a diligent and organized Property Manager based in Pune, Maharashtra, to oversee rental property upkeep and effectively liaise with tenants, property owners, and service providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange and supervise repair and maintenance tasks involving plumbing, electrical work, painting, carpentry, and similar services.
- Prepare accurate estimates and quotations for maintenance work.
- Communicate professionally and courteously with tenants and property owners.
- Manage relationships with vendors, ensuring timely completion of work.
- Monitor ongoing maintenance activities and keep property owners informed with updates.
- Attend to daily property maintenance necessities promptly.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Effective communication and strong coordination abilities.
- Fundamental understanding of property maintenance processes and familiarity with computer and mobile applications.
- Prior experience in property management or maintenance is advantageous.
