About the Role

We are seeking a Project Manager for a creative agency specializing in graphic, retail design, and experiential brand environments, located in London. The role offers a hybrid working model with three days onsite and two days remote. The agency is award-winning and located in Fitzrovia, working with prestigious global premium and luxury brands to deliver retail spaces, exhibitions, events, and immersive brand experiences.

Responsibilities

The Project Manager will oversee large-scale international retail branding projects from concept approval to final rollout. Key duties include planning, budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring projects are delivered smoothly, within deadlines and budget constraints.

Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated previous experience managing projects within design, branding, or brand experience agencies.
• Highly organized with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines confidently.
• Commercially savvy and pragmatic in approach to project delivery.
• Genuine enthusiasm for retail, experiential design, and 3D brand environments.
