Role Overview

This full-time remote Project Manager position involves leading complete project lifecycles, including planning, scheduling, resource management, and risk handling. Key duties include aligning project targets with stakeholder needs, monitoring progress relative to milestones, and facilitating communication among multi-disciplinary teams. Responsibilities also encompass managing acceleration efforts, coordinating inspections, and ensuring the smooth execution of logistics and deliverables. Preparing status updates, maintaining thorough documentation, and contributing to the refinement of project management practices are integral aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in managing projects encompassing planning, execution, risk reduction, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with expediting tasks and ensuring timely completion of project components, materials, and milestones.
• Familiarity with inspection requirements to manage quality assurance, compliance checks, and acceptance standards.
• Competence in logistics oversight including scheduling, resource distribution, and coordination of project transport and deliveries.
• Skilled in project management software such as Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project, along with collaborative technology platforms.
• Strong oral and written communication skills suitable for remote team interaction.
• Excellent organizational abilities including time management, attention to detail, and commitment to task completion.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
• Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) are advantageous.
• Prior experience in managing technology or AI-centered projects considered a plus.
