Project Manager

About the Role

BlackStone eIT is looking for a dedicated and skilled Project Manager to oversee projects from inception through to their successful completion. This role involves comprehensive planning, coordination, and control of project resources, timelines, budgets, and risks to ensure outcomes align with business goals and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish project scope, goals, deliverables, and standards for success.
• Create and update thorough project schedules, budget plans, and timelines.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve predetermined project milestones.
• Continuously monitor project development, assess risks, and address challenges promptly.
• Provide consistent communication and reporting to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Guarantee timely delivery of projects within budget while maintaining quality standards.
• Optimize allocation of resources to maximize team output.
• Organize and lead project meetings, workshops, and critical decision-making sessions.
• Measure project success using key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including lessons learned.
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies, industry regulations, and contractual obligations.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying enhancements to project management processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or related discipline.
• Between three to seven years of experience managing projects.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid approaches.
• Experienced with tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously with efficiency.
• PMP certification highly desirable.
• Additional certifications such as PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master preferred.
• Experience leading geographically diverse and cross-functional teams is an advantage.
