Role Overview

We seek a Project Manager for Technical Rollouts to join our Hardware and Technical Operations team. In this role, you will oversee the deployment of all technical systems in our studios, which include our proprietary workout platform, keyless access, sound and lighting systems, among others. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the implementation of our hardware/software system powering workout operations from initial planning through to procurement, installation, and operational launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of technical rollout projects across studios, maintaining clear tracking of project status and next steps while learning for future initiatives.
• Promptly identify issues, develop solutions, and implement them efficiently, often within the same week.
• Establish and manage a professional project management framework to keep all stakeholders, including executives, well-informed and aligned for quick decision-making.
• Plan rollout schedules and establish timelines both at the project and portfolio level.
• Regularly review and update budgets to reflect changes in cost estimates.
• Create standardized Rollout and Education Playbooks that include troubleshooting protocols and ensure repeatability of the processes across studios.
• Coordinate procurement activities including ordering equipment and tracking shipments.
• Manage selection and contracting of vetted external partners and service providers on a long-term basis.
• Oversee onsite implementation progress and manage final quality checks with associated teams.
• Serve as the central liaison among Product, Engineering, City Operations, Construction, Revenue Performance, and Supply Chain teams.
• Communicate clearly and timely with Front of House, Studio Managers, Construction, Facility Management, and Support teams to ensure alignment.
• Focus on success metrics including pilot outcomes, on-schedule launches, completed documentation, and updated financial tracking.

Required Qualifications

• Between 2 and 5 years of professional project management experience, preferably involving hardware rollout, operations, technology implementations, or similar cross-functional projects.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders to successful, timely completion.
• Strong technical knowledge of hardware, networking, and connected systems, with no coding required but solid understanding of system integrations.
• Highly organized and proactive work style, maintaining up-to-date timelines, budgets, and project statuses.
• Expertise in process development, capable of designing workflows, checklists, and playbooks that enable autonomous operations.
• Hands-on approach with a readiness to make decisions onsite and engage physically when needed.
• Excellent communication skills adaptable across different teams and hierarchy levels, from construction crews to senior executives.
• Fluency in German and English, with willingness to travel domestically between studios.
