Role Overview

We are inviting applications for an experienced Project Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Welshpool, WA. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the planning, mobilisation, and execution of complex installation projects, ensuring outcomes that are safe, efficient, and customer-oriented from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full lifecycle delivery of large installation projects.
  • Create and manage project schedules, installation plans, and delivery programs.
  • Coordinate contractors and suppliers to meet milestones safely, on schedule, and within financial limits.
  • Maintain continuous engagement with customers and stakeholders throughout the project phases.
  • Manage site mobilisation efforts and oversee installation activities.
  • Ensure the completion of site inductions and compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Track project progress, identify potential risks, and apply mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and reporting needs.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and foster strong stakeholder relationships during project implementation.
  • Drive projects to success by leveraging effective leadership, clear communication, and thorough planning.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience managing construction, infrastructure, or extensive installation projects.
  • Track record of delivering complex site-based projects from initial planning through to successful completion.
  • Strong skills in managing contractors and engaging stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to develop, maintain, and control project timelines, budgets, and programs.
  • Good understanding of site safety protocols, inductions, and compliance measures.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with temporary facilities, modular infrastructure, site accommodation, or similar installation projects is highly valued.
