Position Overview
Join Mint Selection in partnership with a well-financed energy infrastructure company expanding in Germany. This role offers the chance to take full ownership of large-scale energy infrastructure projects focused on battery energy storage systems (BESS) and grid flexibility. You will oversee projects from engineering through construction, commissioning, and grid connection.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily integrated delivery for assigned projects
- Coordinate efforts across engineering, construction, commercial, commissioning, and grid teams
- Manage project timelines, budgets, reporting, and overall delivery performance
- Supervise internal teams, contractors, subcontractors, and project interfaces
- Handle project risks, opportunities, changes, and resolve delivery challenges
- Oversee contractual and commercial elements including variations, claims, and subcontract awards
- Ensure projects meet safety, quality, timeline, and budget expectations
Candidate Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering complex, large-scale energy or infrastructure projects in Germany
- Strong expertise in BESS, grid infrastructure, power generation, renewables, or related sectors
- Previous roles in EPC, IPP, utilities, or project ownership
- In-depth knowledge of project controls, construction practices, contracts, and cross-disciplinary delivery management
- Professional proficiency in both German and English languages
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical, commercial, and construction stakeholders
