Project Manager (Junior / Associate Level)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and organized Project Manager at the Junior or Associate level to assist in the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of projects. This fully remote position based in Germany is ideal for candidates who thrive in managing priorities, working with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing projects from start to finish
• Define timelines, milestones, deliverables, and prioritize tasks
• Coordinate activities across diverse teams and stakeholders
• Monitor project progress, deadlines, budgets, and key performance indicators
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and aid in mitigation strategies
• Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and document decisions and action items
• Maintain thorough project documentation including status reports and schedules
• Communicate updates to project managers, stakeholders, and team members
• Contribute to continuous enhancement of project management processes and workflows

Candidate Requirements

• Open to Junior or Associate-level candidates
• Between zero to three years experience in project management, coordination, operations, business analysis, or related fields; internships considered
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
• Excellent organizational skills, time management, problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Capability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to see projects through to completion
• Able to collaborate with cross-functional and distributed teams
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration software is advantageous
• Fluent in English
• Based in Germany with legal authorization to work full-time
• Effective in a completely remote work setting
