Project Manager

Role overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to handle projects from start to finish in Dubai. The role calls for a solid command of PMP-based project management practices and the ability to keep delivery on track in terms of time, scope, and budget. You will guide cross-functional teams, align stakeholders, and use structured planning and execution to drive successful outcomes.

Experience

This position is suited to professionals with 5 to 8 years of project management experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the planning and execution of project work while keeping it aligned with business objectives.
• Work with stakeholders to clarify scope, targets, and expected deliverables.
• Build detailed project schedules covering timelines, staffing, and budget requirements.
• Track delivery progress and overall performance, making course corrections when needed.
• Support clear communication and coordination between team members and stakeholders.
• Spot project risks early and take action to reduce potential impact.
• Prepare project updates and status summaries for stakeholders, including milestones and deliverables.
• Apply established project management standards and best practices, with emphasis on PMP methods.
• Review completed projects to capture lessons learned and identify improvement opportunities.

Mandatory qualifications and skills

• Strong working knowledge of PMP methodologies and certification in Project Management Professional.
• Experience handling more than one project at the same time.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities.

Preferred skills

• Exposure to Agile delivery practices.
• Comfort using tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Trello.
• Prior experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
• Understanding of budgeting and financial control in projects.

Education

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline is required.

Additional requirements

PMP certification is mandatory. Candidates should also demonstrate strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and the capability to motivate teams effectively.
