At least 12 years of professional experience, including managing tower projects exceeding 30 floors.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering is mandatory.
Demonstrated expertise in leading extensive projects and handling complex execution challenges.
Proficient in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and variance tracking.
Experienced in quality assurance and control to maintain compliance with technical specifications.
Skilled in risk management and escalation protocols.
Strong leadership abilities for coordinating with main contractors, subcontractors, consultants, owners, and governmental authorities.
Understanding of Health & Safety regulations and site risk management practices.

Oversee the project lifecycle from initial preparation through to final handover, ensuring scope delivery aligns with time, cost, and quality benchmarks.
Manage the onsite execution and coordinate daily to weekly activities among all project stakeholders.
Develop, review, and monitor execution plans; provide frequent progress updates to owners and consultants.
Ensure that all works are performed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and technical directives.
Supervise contractors and vendors to guarantee compliance with the project schedule and standards.
Evaluate and approve stages of the project, address technical queries, resolve issues, and note observations.
