Project Manager - Edtech Operations

This position is for a Project Manager focused on document verification and academic operations support in Sri City / Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh.

What you will do

• Prepare MIS reports and manage Excel-based reporting using advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formatting, formulas, and related tools.
• Gather data from different stakeholders and turn it into structured reports in MS Excel.
• Coordinate and communicate with educational institutions.
• Work with CRM systems and follow standard CRM processes.
• Track SLA compliance for both response and resolution timelines.
• Support and monitor continuous improvement initiatives as they are rolled out.
• Maintain an average response time for student queries.
• Watch escalation trends and keep the number of escalated issues low.
• Spot possible problems early and take action before they move to higher levels.
• Review data regularly and share the required information with the relevant Heads of Departments.
• Maintain key metrics and provide reporting to stakeholders.
• Handle program timelines, including sending verification lists and releasing offer letters on schedule.
• Understand current academic operations across different institutes and contribute support and process improvements.

Skills and experience needed

The role calls for strong Excel reporting ability, comfortable stakeholder coordination, familiarity with CRM systems, and the ability to track operational metrics and deadlines. A practical understanding of academic operations and process improvement is also important.
