Coast and Harbor Associates supports public, private, and institutional real estate owners and users in overseeing the design and construction of their development projects.

Job Role and Responsibilities

We are currently looking for experienced Project Managers to lead substantial projects in the Washington D.C. area. Candidates should possess a minimum of ten years’ experience managing new or renovation building projects. The role encompasses oversight during pre-construction, construction, and occupancy stages.

• Manage projects with budgets of $15 million or more.
• Develop, track, and report on project budgets and schedules.
• Ensure quality control throughout design and construction phases.
• Assess proposed changes and change orders carefully.
• Utilize up-to-date electronic project management tools effectively.
• Collaborate closely with project owners, preparing regular updates and presenting progress to senior management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or related disciplines.
• Prior experience managing projects for Federal agencies.
• Proven expertise in projects requiring LEED and SITE certification compliance.
• Experience handling projects in remote locations.
