The group operates through four synergistic divisions: Castle Fit-Out, Castle Modular, Castle LSI Spaces, and Castle Facilities, with production located in Gort and its main offices in Ballybrit.

Role Overview

The Project Manager will oversee the entire process of Castle Group's modular package, ensuring smooth transition from manufacturing to installation and final handover. This full-time position works in a hybrid fashion, managing duties between the Modular Factory and a nearby project site. The main objective is to guarantee projects are executed safely, on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, manufacturing schedules, deliveries, and installation activities to maintain seamless project progression between factory and site.
• Manage subcontractors and monitor commercial and project timelines to meet established goals.
• Resolve technical and operational challenges promptly to avoid disruptions.
• Maintain strong communication and relationships with design teams, factory production, procurement, logistics, site management, and clients.
• Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) standards throughout the project duration.
• Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to promote continuous improvement and operational excellence aligned with innovation and sustainability commitments.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proven expertise in project management within construction, fit-out, or modular building projects.
• Experience in expediting logistics, including timely procurement and coordination of materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Familiarity with inspection procedures and quality control measures in construction or modular manufacturing contexts.
• Competency in logistics management to optimize supply chains, delivery, and installation timing.
• Relevant higher education credentials in engineering, construction management, architecture, or related disciplines, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to accurately interpret technical drawings and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and external parties.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving capabilities, emphasizing detail orientation and safety compliance.
• Experience related to modular construction, fit-out work, or life science facilities is considered a plus.
