Montegallo is looking for an exceptionally organized Project Manager to spearhead key strategic projects spanning acquisitions, asset management, operations, and technology sectors within the company. This role requires guiding projects from initial planning stages through to successful execution, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and achievement of business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct projects from inception to finalization across various departments.
• Create detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, and resource management.
• Collaborate with teams involved in acquisitions, investments, finance, operations, and executive leadership.
• Monitor project progress, foresee and mitigate risks, and resolve obstacles promptly.
• Organize and lead project meetings alongside providing consistent updates to all stakeholders.
• Oversee maintenance of project documentation while promoting process enhancements and operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of project management experience.
• Outstanding organizational, communication, and leadership capabilities.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira, ClickUp, Microsoft Project, or equivalents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace applications.
• Background in real estate, commercial real estate, real estate investment, private equity, or financial services is highly advantageous.
• Possession of PMP, CAPM, Agile, or Scrum certification is considered favorable.
