About the Role
Join Hi Auto as a Project Manager where you'll spearhead the delivery of large-scale pilot projects and nurture ongoing partnerships with our clients globally. Collaborate with diverse teams across Sales, Field Engineering, Support, Product, and R&D to ensure timely achievement of pilot milestones, align with contract terms, and meet client expectations. This position is fully remote, exclusively for candidates located in the United States. This opportunity is ideal for motivated, business-driven professionals eager to advance their project management careers in a dynamic startup revolutionizing the restaurant industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate pilot project execution internally, managing cross-functional teams in technical, sales, and operational roles to deliver on schedule and budget.
- Function as the primary contact and escalation point for corporate clients during pilot phases, regularly communicating progress, managing concerns, establishing timelines, and setting clear deliverables.
- Represent Hi Auto in all internal and external meetings, serving as the face of the company to clients.
- Drive continuous improvement by proposing and implementing process enhancements within project management practices and identifying organizational learning opportunities.
- Oversee and inspire a remote customer success team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and exemplary client focus.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to create trusted partnerships conducive to successful project execution and business growth.
Requirements
- Fluency in English at a native level, both spoken and written.
- Proven experience working with startups serving American clients.
- Minimum of two years' experience in Project Management or Customer Success within the SaaS sector.
- At least two years managing or working with remote teams.
- A proactive, self-driven approach; ability to independently identify priorities and actions.
- Rapid learning ability to independently understand and utilize the company's technology and products.
- Customer-centric perspective, actively advocating for customer satisfaction and sustainable business growth by identifying enhancement opportunities.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel domestically and internationally as required.
