Role Overview

The Project Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between clients (mainly from the US) and the internal team. This virtual role involves receiving client assignments, effectively delegating tasks to team members, coordinating workflows, conducting research, and maintaining reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing communication and assignment reception.
• Coordinate project execution by assigning tasks to relevant team members.
• Monitor progress, compile reports, and facilitate research as needed.

Requirements

• Excellent command over language, ensuring clear client communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite applications.
• Strong team management skills to coordinate and guide team efforts.
• Ability to adhere to deadlines and manage time efficiently.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in coordination or management roles.

Additional Information

Working Hours: Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Location: Onsite position in Trivandrum, Kerala.
