Role Summary
The Project Coordinator will provide essential support to the Asset, Quality, and Service team, facilitating the day-to-day execution and oversight of projects and programs spanning the company's property portfolio.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate specified projects and initiatives to ensure achievement of targeted outcomes.
- Facilitate clear communication of project requirements to the development team, maintaining alignment with deliverables.
- Manage smaller-scale projects independently and support larger project activities as needed.
- Supervise the Make Ready process lifecycle to ensure accurate, consistent, and timely completion of tasks; utilize technology to streamline administrative workload for site staff by adhering to and refining existing procedures.
- Provide remote assistance to site teams with service-related functions including scheduling, purchase order processing, invoicing, dispatching, and implementation of service protocols.
- Maintain daily communication with external vendors, business partners, and site personnel concerning project scope and timelines.
- Collaborate with project teams to communicate objectives and assist with plan implementation under guidance from senior managers.
- Identify and escalate project issues to management at appropriate stages.
- Prepare and deliver weekly progress reports to management outlining project status and developments.
- Organize and lead meetings to align team efforts with project goals and milestones.
Candidate Qualifications
- Pursuit of or possession of a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Minimum two years of experience in roles providing administrative support, ideally within maintenance or service coordination domains.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive base salary ranging from $57,000 to $65,000 annually, aligned with experience and qualifications.
