Project Administrator

Role Overview

The Project Administrator will support the management and coordination of service-oriented projects, ensuring efficient delivery aligned with agreed terms and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor service-based projects, managing scope variations, schedule changes, and client-specific needs to maintain smooth project execution.
• Serve as the primary contact for project inquiries, addressing operational challenges, resolving service interruptions, and promptly managing concerns impacting project outcomes or client satisfaction.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including work orders, service contracts, schedules, compliance records, and completion reports to guarantee traceability.
• Collaborate closely with Operations Supervisors, team leads, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure adherence to milestones, timelines, and quality standards throughout the projects.
• Assist senior management by identifying potential risks, delays, or operational issues, and support corrective actions and strategic decision-making.
• Supervise contractors and cleaning teams to ensure compliance with project specifications and service standards, reporting any deviations.
• Draft and review various project reports such as progress updates, service performance, incident records, and operation summaries for internal use and client communication.
• Gather and analyze project-related data including completion duration, resource use, service frequency, and client feedback to evaluate performance and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of full-time relevant experience.
• Diploma qualification or equivalent in experience.

Compensation and Terms

• Salary offering AUD 79,600 plus superannuation.
