Collaborating with employers, educators, and community partners, SCOOP designs Job Tasters, workshops, and experiential learning programs that provide youth with practical exposure to various industries and career paths.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Programmes Associate to spearhead the creation and execution of career exploration experiences. This hands-on position involves programme design, stakeholder coordination, and operational management. The role requires close collaboration with employers and partners to develop impactful learning initiatives and overseeing their delivery alongside the Events team. The Associate will continuously refine and expand program offerings to maximize value for youth participants.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Job Tasters, workshops, and hands-on learning programs tailored for youth.
• Convert workplace experiences into captivating and meaningful educational opportunities.
• Design structured program layouts, learning activities, and participant engagement journeys.
• Collaborate with the Events team to manage program delivery from initial planning stages through successful execution.
• Collect and analyze feedback from participants and partners to iteratively enhance program quality.
• Create standardized playbooks, templates, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support consistent and scalable delivery.
• Engage with employers, educational institutions, and community organizations for joint program planning and delivery.
• Manage schedules, deadlines, and communications with all stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Build and nurture strong partnerships to achieve high-caliber program outcomes.

• Excellent organizational and program management capabilities, able to juggle multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Effective and confident communicator with interpersonal skills that build trust across employers, schools, community partners, and youth.
• Analytical mindset with enthusiasm for program improvement via research, stakeholder feedback, and ongoing iteration.
• Adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable working in fast-moving environments.
• Passionate about youth advancement, career preparedness, and fostering impactful learning experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in program management, operations, event marketing, or community engagement.
• Experience related to youth development, career readiness, or education sectors.
• Familiarity with productivity tools such as Google Workspace, relational databases, and Excel.
• Relevant diploma or degree in education, communications, business, social sciences, or allied disciplines.
