  • Lead tool and process implementations, facilitating user acceptance testing and preparing detailed training resources.
  • Monitor project milestones, assess potential risks proactively, and provide regular status updates to both stakeholders and leadership.
  • Manage change initiatives by creating clear communication plans, developing training materials, and tracking user adoption.
  • Collaborate across teams to define project requirements, incorporate feedback, and achieve consensus on implemented solutions.
  • Serve as the primary contact for contingent workforce programs, offering guidance to managers about engagement strategies, compliance, and best practices.
  • Support and enhance global mobility operations and the continuous improvement of vendor management systems.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in program or project management.

  • Experience independently managing projects from start to finish.

Preferred Experience

  • More than four years of experience in Recruiting or Human Resources.
  • Background in change management or organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with contingent workforce programs, vendor management systems, immigration, relocation support, or workforce planning.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Experience administering programs across multiple countries or regions, including adapting to regional compliance and process variations.
