About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Program Coordinator who is passionate about creating opportunities for Aboriginal people to thrive. This role involves leading our Workplace Mentoring Program, supporting Aboriginal young people on the Central Coast to explore education, training, and employment opportunities. You will connect with mentors, employers, schools, and training providers to build pathways that empower participants and deliver impactful, lasting outcomes.

Based in our Gosford office, this position is full-time, Monday through Friday, and offers a supportive team environment, a competitive salary, and access to a pool vehicle for work-related travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Workplace Mentoring Program dedicated to Aboriginal youth.
