Overview
We are looking for a highly organized Program Coordinator to assist with enterprise-wide digital transformation, organizational change, training, and capability-building initiatives. This role involves coordinating programs, providing administrative support, liaising with stakeholders, scheduling activities, and managing documentation to ensure projects stay on track and aligned with business goals in a fast-moving Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate program events including meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements across multiple projects.
- Maintain comprehensive program artifacts such as schedules, action and RAID logs, and status reports.
- Monitor program milestones, deliverables, and risks to promote efficient execution.
- Prepare agendas, record minutes, and oversee follow-ups on action items.
- Assist program governance processes including steering committee and leadership communications.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and change management teams to support training and communication efforts.
- Manage program documentation and maintain repositories on platforms such as SharePoint and Teams.
- Help onboard new program team members and coordinate stakeholder involvement.
- Support budget tracking, resource allocation, and vendor management tasks.
- Compile and analyze program reports, dashboards, and metrics for leadership review.
- Coordinate content approval and quality assurance for program outputs.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of aligned outputs.
- Assist Agile teams with sprint planning, backlog management, status updates, and administrative functions.
Required Qualifications
- Over 5 years of experience in program coordination or related support roles.
- Background in supporting digital transformation, business process improvement, technology implementation, training, or organizational change projects.
- Proven ability to manage various priorities efficiently in a dynamic virtual workspace.
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience organizing meetings and stakeholder workshops.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
- Knowledgeable in SharePoint and document management practices.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks, Scrum, or iterative delivery methods.
- Ability to foster collaborative relationships at all organizational levels.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and ability to work autonomously.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with program and portfolio management, change management, or training support.
- Working knowledge of tools such as Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Planner, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project.
- Exposure to enterprise systems including Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Workday.
- Understanding of organizational change management principles and training rollouts.
- Certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Agile, or Scrum are advantageous but not mandatory.

Additional Information
The employment type is contract-based, offering remote work primarily located in Texas, USA. The start date is August 17, 2026, with a contract duration exceeding one year. Light travel may be required. The end client remains confidential.
