About the Role
The South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust's Out of Hospital Division invites applications for a full-time Professional Lead position with the Leamington South and Southam District Nursing Team. This role operates primarily from Royal Leamington Spa Hospital and Southam Clinic.
This position offers a highly rewarding and engaging opportunity for the successful applicant to enhance their clinical proficiency, leadership skills, and managerial expertise within a dynamic health and social care setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a compassionate team of community nurses in partnership with the Clinical Lead for the area.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals in the locality, including Allied Health Professionals.
- Work closely alongside Community and Urgent Response Teams.
- Engage with various specialist health services.
- Contribute actively to service development to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care across community environments.
- Support the growth and operation of Integrated Neighbourhood Health Teams within the locality.
- Operate within a clinical governance framework focusing on service and team development.
- Deputise for the Locality Manager to maintain consistent operational management of teams.
