About the Role
TE Connectivity is looking for a Production Operator III to support manufacturing activities in Galway. In this role, you will work in a diverse, collaborative environment focused on building safer, more sustainable, and better-connected solutions.
Job Overview
This position involves preparing and running machines and tools used in production, while keeping equipment and output aligned with defined quality expectations.
Core Duties
- Prepare machinery and tools for manufacturing runs, operate them during production, and make the necessary adjustments to settings based on the task at hand.
- Check existing operating methods within the department, spot opportunities to improve them, remove process blockers, and help make operations smoother and more efficient.
- Carry out quality inspections according to the production plan, record findings using the required quality documentation, and ensure all work follows regulatory requirements.
- Manage raw material ordering and stock changes as required, confirm incoming receipts, and inspect materials and finished products to make sure they meet specification standards.
Background and Skills
This role generally calls for at least 2 years of relevant experience, along with a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
