Job Responsibilities
- Meet the production output targets and ensure quality standards are consistently achieved during shifts.
- Manage cost control efforts and execute continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
- Lead and support Total Employee Involvement (TEI) activities to promote workforce engagement.
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and practicing 5S methodology.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should possess a B.Tech or B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering to qualify.
