Role Overview

NISRZ Info Tech Private Limited is hiring a Product Sales Manager to lead enterprise software sales for its unified integration platform. This is a quota-carrying position focused on winning new customers and growing existing accounts across mid-market and enterprise segments. The role centers on translating technical platform capabilities into measurable business value while working closely with pre-sales, product, marketing, and customer success teams.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the full sales journey for a defined territory or segment, including prospecting, discovery, demonstrations, pilots or proofs of concept, proposal creation, contract discussions, and deal closure.
  • Assess inbound and self-generated leads using fit criteria such as current integration environment, EDI or API scale, compliance needs, and buying readiness.
  • Deliver consultative presentations and tailored product demos that speak to the priorities of different stakeholders.
  • Develop relationships with decision-makers and technical contacts across IT, operations, supply chain, and digital transformation functions.
  • Work with solution engineers to conduct live demonstrations, technical evaluations, and value-based pilots that show business impact.
  • Create account plans, maintain pipeline discipline, forecast accurately, and keep CRM records and sales metrics up to date.
  • Handle competitive objections by clearly explaining the platform’s strengths, including unified architecture, faster AI-assisted mapping, and transparent pricing.
  • Lead renewal and expansion discussions within current accounts and identify additional use cases and modules.
  • Share market feedback, competitive insights, and win/loss learnings with marketing and product teams.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of B2B enterprise software sales experience, with a strong record of meeting or exceeding quota in application integration, iPaaS, EDI, or API management.
  • Experience selling to both technical audiences, such as integration architects and IT or engineering leaders, and business stakeholders in operations, supply chain, or finance.
  • Ability to run structured discovery calls, lead product demonstrations or live mapping sessions, and prepare commercial proposals independently.
  • Background in managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders from qualification through negotiation and close.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with executive presence and negotiation capability.
  • Working knowledge of CRM and forecasting tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot, plus disciplined pipeline management.
