Role Summary

The Product Manager at Pleeth oversees the entire product lifecycle—from initial discovery and definition to launch and continuous refinement—within a full-time remote role. The position involves collecting and prioritizing requirements, conducting comprehensive user and market research, setting product roadmaps, and drafting precise product specifications. Collaboration is key, working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to align goals, manage backlogs, and ensure timely, on-scope delivery of features.

Key Responsibilities

The role includes monitoring product performance, analyzing relevant metrics, and gathering user feedback to guide improvements and new product initiatives. The Product Manager also contributes to go-to-market planning and guarantees effective communication of product updates to both internal stakeholders and customers.

• Proficient in articulating product vision and strategy, managing roadmaps, and prioritizing features based on user demand and business goals.
• Experienced in working with multidisciplinary teams including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, facilitating clear and organized communication.
• Strong analytical capability with comfort handling product metrics, experimentation, and making decisions based on data insights.
• Skilled in generating product requirements, user stories, and other documentation suitable for agile development contexts.

• Capable of independently managing multiple projects remotely while maintaining disciplined workflows.
• Previous product management experience within technological or SaaS industries is highly advantageous.
