Product Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for an insightful and strategic Product Manager to guide our product development efforts in a fully remote setting. This role involves overseeing the complete product lifecycle, from initial ideation through successful launch, collaborating across teams to deliver impactful solutions that satisfy customer demands and foster business expansion.

Key Duties

• Establish the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with the company’s objectives.
• Collect, evaluate, and prioritize customer and product requirements.
• Convert requirements into detailed user stories and product specs.
• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales departments.
• Facilitate Agile meetings and maintain management of the product backlog.
• Perform market research, analyze competitors, and assess user feedback.
• Monitor product performance through KPIs and analytics tools.
• Lead product launches and devise go-to-market strategies.
• Consistently refine the product based on data insights, feedback, and shifting priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related area.
• Three to seven years of experience in product management or equivalent positions.
• Proficient understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with product management platforms such as JIRA, Confluence, and Productboard.
• Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills along with leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Competent in working effectively within a remote, cross-disciplinary team environment.

Preferred Experience

• MBA or advanced degree is advantageous but optional.
• Background in SaaS, technology, or digital product sectors.
• Knowledge of UX/UI fundamentals and a focus on user-centric design.
• Experience in implementing A/B testing and other experimentation frameworks.
• Basic technical understanding of APIs, databases, and system architecture.
