Product Designer — UFM Platform

Role Overview

As the second designer within the UFM program, you will collaborate directly with the Design Lead and various product pods to ensure cohesive user experiences across the platform. Your contributions will focus on maintaining and expanding the UFM design system, developing the user experience of business modules and the driver application within a rapid prototyping environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance and maintain the UFM design system across all module interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with pod builders to swiftly design module workflows, validated through early adopter feedback.
• Take ownership of critical user interfaces such as the driver application and operator worklists as the number of product pods increases.
• Incorporate design reviews seamlessly into fast-paced delivery cycles by emphasizing design patterns and guidelines instead of detailed pixel reviews.

Candidate Profile

• A strong portfolio demonstrating product design capabilities, preferably with experience in B2B or SaaS domains.
• Thinking in systems, with a deep understanding of user flows and interactions.
• Proficiency in designing both through code and prototyping tools, beyond just using Figma.
• Ability to empathize with multiple user personas, including drivers, fleet managers, suppliers, and back-office operators.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of an additional European language is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary varies by location:
  • Paris: 45,000 - 60,000 EUR
  • Munich: 54,000 - 72,000 EUR
  • Berlin: 50,000 - 66,000 EUR
  • Madrid: 36,000 - 48,000 EUR
  • Barcelona: 34,000 - 45,000 EUR
  • Brussels: 49,000 - 65,000 EUR
  • Amsterdam: 69,000 - 81,000 EUR
• This role is available for freelance contractors as well.
• Fully remote work arrangements are supported.
