Product Designer

About The Role

As a Product Designer at Advergrid, you will create visually engaging and user-centric products by applying fundamental design principles alongside your technical expertise. The role involves working across various domains including product workflows, marketing initiatives, and design system development.

Responsibilities

• Manage product design projects from initiation through to completion, leading all design activities.
• Take ownership of contributions to the design system for both client-facing and internal projects to ensure consistency and quality.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to oversee design implementation and ensure alignment.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers within the studio, fostering growth and skill development.

Requirements

• A minimum of four years' experience specializing in product design.
• An impressive design portfolio showcasing work on several sophisticated and complex products.
• Proficient with Figma, with a strong command of its features such as variables and advanced auto-layout capabilities.
• Proven experience working collaboratively alongside engineering teams throughout the development cycle.
