About the Role
We are seeking a Procurement Operations Analyst proficient in Spanish to join our team at Hyderabad. This role involves managing purchase requisitions and purchase orders within supply chain operations, supporting procurement activities, and ensuring smooth communication with stakeholders. Candidates with 1 to 4 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or related BPO roles will thrive in this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle procurement operations including creation and management of purchase requisitions (PR) and purchase orders (PO).
- Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to align procurement processes with organizational goals.
- Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLA) while maintaining quality and timeliness.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Fluency in Spanish for speaking, reading, and writing is essential.
- Demonstrated experience of 1 to 4 years in procurement, supply chain management, or BPO sectors.
- Strong familiarity with PR and PO processes within procurement operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills and proven stakeholder management capabilities.
