Role overview
An opportunity is available for a driven Procurement Officer to join a team in Redcliffe, Western Australia. The position is focused on sourcing operational goods such as parts, equipment, and consumables while keeping purchasing, supplier coordination, and logistics running smoothly for daily business needs.
Key duties
- Source and purchase parts, equipment, and consumables for maintenance, projects, workshops, and administrative requirements.
- Create, track, and manage purchase orders according to internal purchasing processes.
- Handle supplier return arrangements and warranty-related claims.
- Keep stock records accurate and maintain procurement documentation.
- Arrange freight, delivery schedules, and other logistics tasks.
- Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure goods are delivered on time.
