- Analyze weekly inventory metrics to identify risks of stock shortages or excesses and advise management on corrective measures.
- Independently prepare and manage intricate shipping and customs paperwork, ensuring all procedures comply with international trade laws.
- Support procurement-related data collection for new product launches by aligning schedules between suppliers and quality assurance teams.
Qualifications and Skills
- Possess 2 to 3 years of experience in procurement, global logistics, or supply chain roles.
- Hold a diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Have a strong understanding of Incoterms and their influence on cost, risk, and logistics planning.

- Exhibit excellent written and spoken English communication skills, with the aptitude to negotiate and coordinate internationally.
- Be highly organized, capable of juggling multiple tasks, and meeting tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Approach challenges proactively with problem-solving and continuous improvement mindsets.
- Work effectively as a team player within cross-functional, fast-paced settings.
