Job Overview
As a Process Associate, you will be engaged in managing customer inquiries through chat platforms. Your role involves promptly and effectively resolving customer concerns while adhering to quality and productivity benchmarks to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Duties
- Respond to customer messages via chat channels.
- Provide accurate and prompt solutions to customer problems.
- Uphold standards related to quality, efficiency, and customer contentment.
- Record all customer interactions thoroughly in the designated systems.
Eligibility Criteria
