Process Associate

Role Overview

The position involves managing and coordinating with solar and battery installation teams to ensure seamless execution of installation projects. The Process Associate is responsible for assigning jobs, scheduling installations, communicating with customers and installers, and facilitating smooth operations across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard new solar and battery installers and coordinate their activities.
• Allocate installation jobs to installers considering location, availability, and project parameters.
• Organize installation schedules to guarantee timely completion of projects.
• Liaise with customers to communicate appointment details and provide updates.
• Address customer inquiries related to installation, scheduling, and project tracking.
• Maintain continuous communication with installers and track progress on assigned jobs.
• Monitor installation status and ensure all required documentation is properly completed and submitted.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any installation-related challenges.
• Assist in post-installation follow-ups with customers and manage issue resolution.
• Keep accurate records of installations and job status updates within the company system.
• Work closely with sales, operations, and service teams to ensure a superior customer experience.
