Private Wealth Associate

About the Role

We are looking for a polished, articulate, and highly refined Private Wealth Associate to spearhead outreach efforts for our wealth management division at HDFC TRU. This role requires engaging elite clients such as Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNIs), C-level executives, and Family Offices with a focus on delivering consultative, value-driven conversations rather than direct selling.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate well-planned outbound calls targeting prospective UHNI clients, entrepreneurs, and Family Office decision-makers.
• Present concise and persuasive introductions to exclusive wealth management solutions, private market opportunities, and tailored portfolio strategies.
• Assess and nurture lead interest sensitively to understand their challenges and qualify them appropriately.
• Uphold exceptional professionalism, emotional intelligence, and brand representation in all communications.
• Maintain detailed records of client preferences and interaction outcomes in CRM systems.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Communications, or a relevant discipline.
• Between one to three years of experience in private banking lead generation, luxury high-value sales, executive tele-engagement, or premium hospitality.
• Excellent fluency in spoken English combined with clear and gentle articulation.
• Basic knowledge of the wealth management sector and its products.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to engage successfully with high-net-worth individuals.
• Experience in high-end telesales, understanding wealth management products, or a background in luxury services is advantageous.
