Key Responsibilities
- Engage closely with senior-level executives (VP and above) to understand their strategic objectives and challenges, offering expert guidance during both pre-sales and solution delivery phases to optimize their use of ServiceNow products.
- Architect comprehensive solutions utilizing ServiceNow’s industry-specific offerings, emphasizing service management, customer service, automation, and user experience that align with business needs and industry best practices.
- Continuously assess current operational workflows, identifying opportunities for enhancement to surpass business outcomes and adeptly resolving complex or conflicting issues.
- Collaborate extensively across IT, operations, business units, product teams, and both internal and external partners to ensure alignment and effective implementation of ServiceNow solutions that integrate multiple product lines.
- Lead initiatives to promote adoption of industry best practices related to ServiceNow processes, architecture, configuration, customization, and implementation specifically targeting Technology Workflows and platform solutions.
- Maintain awareness of emerging industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving ServiceNow capabilities, sharing knowledge regularly with teams and clients to drive innovation.
Required Qualifications
- Experience integrating AI into workflows and decision-making processes, utilizing AI-driven tools to automate and analyze operational functions and exploring AI's impact within the domain.
- Demonstrated expertise as a Solution Architect or senior consultant in dynamic professional services settings, with deep understanding of IT management and business processes.
- Proficient knowledge of ServiceNow technologies, particularly IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and platform functionalities.
- Strong consultative skills including strategic thinking, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and capacity to lead complex projects from inception through completion.
- Ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels with a customer-centric approach and effective interpersonal skills.
- Technical proficiency including familiarity with integration methods, data modeling, process automation, and the ability to convey technical details to non-technical audiences. Experience with Web Technologies such as JavaScript, Web Services, and XML in a SaaS context is expected.
- Commitment to designing solutions that prioritize superior user experience focusing on usability, logical process design, accessibility, and productivity enhancements.
- Strong analytical capabilities in business process evaluation, workflow diagramming, and clear requirement documentation.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English languages.
