Role overview
This position is for a senior QA professional focused on validating AI-driven solutions and improving product quality through structured testing, automation, and performance assessment. The role involves hands-on test design, execution, analysis, and team leadership in a fast-moving environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build, refine, and run end-to-end test plans for AI solutions, with a strong focus on performance validation using JMeter.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into practical test approaches aligned to business goals.
- Guide and oversee a QA team during performance testing efforts, review outcomes, and recommend improvements based on analysis.
- Create and maintain automated test coverage with Selenium to increase testing speed and reliability.
Experience and requirements
- Applicants should have 10 to 16 years of background in software development or quality assurance, with solid exposure to AI solutions.
- Deep working knowledge of JMeter is needed, including the ability to build and run complex performance scenarios.
- Prior experience leading teams and managing several projects at once while meeting delivery timelines is required.

Compensation
The salary range offered is INR 2,00,000 to INR 20,00,000 per year.
