Role Overview

The Pricing Specialist is responsible for analyzing complex datasets to establish competitive pricing that enhances revenue growth, boosts market share, and improves profitability. This role involves developing and sustaining pricing models, assessing market trends and competitor actions, and delivering timely, accurate pricing insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver precise pricelists and special pricing schemes to Sales teams and distributors.
• Maintain and update the pricing database encompassing pricing data, costs, and project information.
• Create special pricing proposals to assist management in decision-making processes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to formulate and execute pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement cost-reduction initiatives.
• Communicate across functions to gather necessary details regarding part numbers, costs, packaging, and shipping.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses a minimum Diploma in Finance Management, Accountancy, or a related field.
• Preferably has 1 to 3 years of experience in a large-scale professional context, with prior pricing role experience favored.
• Exhibits solid business understanding and acumen.
• Highly analytical, self-driven, proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
• Capable of working autonomously yet thrives as a collaborative team player.
• Able to perform well under pressure within a fast-paced work setting.
• Exceptional attention to detail coupled with strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Advanced skills in Excel are essential.
• Familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.

Additional Information
