About Salt Creek Capital Executive Partner Role
Salt Creek Capital is looking to add a seasoned operating executive to their team as an Executive Partner. This individual will collaborate closely with the firm to assess potential business acquisitions. Following successful acquisitions, the Executive Partner will assume the role of President and CEO, overseeing the acquired companies. As CEO, the individual will be responsible for full profit and loss accountability, crafting growth strategies, and managing day-to-day operations.
CEOs appointed by Salt Creek Capital act as the highest-ranking business executives within these companies and serve on their boards of directors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the entire profit and loss for the company.
- Formulate and execute strategic growth initiatives.
- Provide comprehensive operational leadership and direction.
- Serve as primary business executive and actively participate on the company’s board.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 10 years in senior management roles.
- Proven track record managing profit and loss, with experience as President or General Manager.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to assume significant responsibility matching potential rewards.
- Demonstrated success in generating strong free cash flow and EBITDA.
- Proven capability to manage all facets of a company effectively.
- Experience in increasing profitability through proactive business development.
- Ability to balance fiduciary duties to various stakeholders.
- Excellent professional references and demonstrated integrity.
